I can work with you in a number of ways. I can do the project for you, but that won't make you everyday innovators. Below are some ways that I can work with your teams in the human-centered mindset and design process. Call, text, or email me to talk more about what might be right for you and your team.
We work on a project together.
You have an idea of what you want to do but need some help. In this model, I would work closely with your team to incorporate the human-centered mindset and design process into their way of working. The result is a project that has a higher likelihood of success because your team was involved. And in the long term, they are learning the skills to do it on their own.
We do a workshop.
This is most likely a one-day workshop where we take a topic that is similar to a project you might undertake to sprint through the mindset and steps of the HCD process. This could be a standalone workshop or a part of a more in-depth project. An instance where this works particularly well is to incorporate it as a part of new employee training.
I mentor you. You do all the work.
In this case, we might meet once a month to discuss what you're doing and what you need help with. It is very cost effective because you are doing all the work. This is a more advanced way of working but it can certainly work with less experienced teams.
